Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to addresses in Canada and the Continental U.S.

When will I receive my order?

We will make every effort to process and have your order ready for pick up/shipping within 5 business day of purchase. Shipping time to the U.S. is 2-4 days, and within Canada is 2-8 days (most often within 5 days!). Note that when shipping to the U.S., as with any package that enters a country, we are unable to control any delays or fees at customs. Duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer, and we have no way of predicting or paying for that in advance.
PLEASE NOTE: Local pick up is by appointment only. You will receive an email confirming that your order is ready for pick up. Please then arrange a pick-up time. Local Pick-Up orders will be available for 60 days from order ready date. Any orders not picked up within 60 days will be discarded.

What is your refund/exchange policy?

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept refunds or exchanges. However, if we made an error on your order or you are not satisfied with your items, please reach out to us – we would love to hear you out and do what it takes to make it right!

I don't live in Canada or U.S. but would like to place an order! How can I do so?

First off, thank you so much! It means a lot to us as a family business to have your support. Please reach out to us through the “contact us” tab with your full address and we will get back to you promptly with shipping options. We will compare with different courier options to get you the best shipping quote.
